Prachi is the co-founder of Womanium Foundation, a DC-based foundation that serves to inspire and create the female scientific leaders of tomorrow. WOMANIUM partners with elite US government agencies and national labs and has trained students in computational neuroscience in partnership with the National Institute of Health, the NASA flagship James Webb Space Telescope, atomic clocks, quantum computing. and given hundreds of scholarships to students from over 88 countries.

Beyond her leadership at Womanium, Prachi works in the energy and mobility sector – she recently joined Amazon to lead transportation innovation and digital infrastructure for public sector agencies. Given her curiosity and love for science and innovation, Prachi also mentors and invests in tech, transport and energy startups. She had 3 successful exits with acquisitions by Daimler AG in 2014. Today, she is an Associate Partner at European investment bank IMPROVED and Venture Partner with German venture capital fund Mobility Fund. Additionally, she serves on the Board of the Business School at George Mason University.
