Paul manages partnerships with the US Government at IBM Quantum, building relationships and collaborations to accelerate the adoption of quantum computing. Formerly, he was a physicist at Sandia National Labs and served as Program Manager at the Department of Energy Office of Science. At IBM he applies his extensive knowledge of quantum technology and government experience to promote and grow the quantum computing industry.
